Ctuit Software, the leader in business intelligence software for restaurants, announces that they moved to a larger office space on February 8, 2013. As Ctuit’s business grew, Ctuit expanded their Novato, California headquarters into a second office in Houston, Texas for their Development Team. It didn’t take long for the restaurant business intelligence company to outgrow their 5,000 square foot office space near downtown Novato.
All 20 employees in Novato will enjoy their new – and much larger – headquarters in Novato’s Fireman’s Fund building at 773 San Marin Drive. This 10,702 square-foot office space with an open floor plan comfortably holds 14 offices, over 40 work stations, and two large conference rooms.
Ctuit and Fireman’s Fund, with contractor Lerdahl Construction, redesigned the space to accommodate 59 total work stations for rapid growth.
“With our new multi-year lease, we now have room to more than triple our size without worrying about office space,” states Ctuit’s President and CEO Rob D’ Ambrosia. “The past few years have been an exciting time for Ctuit,” D’ Ambrosia continues. “Demand for our product has been greater than we could have imagined. Real estate rates are very competitive right now, making this the ideal time to invest in a larger space. Moving forward, our goal will be to hire the right people to help achieve continued success.”
Ctuit has been growing at a rate of 27 percent year-over-year for the past five years. Started in 2000, Ctuit has grown from a garage start-up to multi-office company supporting over 3,000 restaurant locations.
