Xenia Hospitality – “Xenia” is the Greek word for “hospitality or generosity” a “welcoming relationship between host and guest”. When Stratos Lambos and Angelo Kaltsounis, both sons of restauranteurs, met while attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y, they found they shared the same vision for creating a successful and renowned restaurant company. Today their Xenia Hospitality, in Charlotte, NC, offers four very unique dining concepts. Ilios Noche, a Greek and Italian mingled theme, offers an open, sophisticated, yet casual atmosphere. The Big View Restaurant and Bar is a casual culinary experience supporting local farmers, family and fresh fare daily. Nolen Kitchen continues to offer an eclectic selection of contemporary fare in a fresh, continental atmosphere. And Maverick Rock-Taco is Charlotte’s favorite rock’n taco spot.

Stella’s “farm to pizza” concept in Texas is centered on farm to table food practices and the development of strong partnerships with local growers, ranchers and purveyors. The star of Stella’s menu is Texas-sourced artisan wood-fired pizza baked in an Italian Modena oven using oak and pecan wood. Shared plates, house-made cheeses, fresh salads and comfort foods made with locally-sourced ingredients are also found on the seasonal menu.

We are listening to you

Each month, we receive dozens of feature requests. We work hard to accommodate your specific needs. Here are some recent feature requests we created.

THE PROBLEM: Often employees are minors and are subject to specific labor restrictions. There was no way to target minors in order to track their hours and shifts worked to verify compliance.
THE CTUIT SOLUTION: A new global export has been created called “Hours Worked by Minors” that will provide supporting information for shifts worked by any employee under 18 within selected parameters.

THE PROBLEM: The “Vendor Purchase Summary report” is a valuable tool in controlling costs and it would be even more helpful to compare vendors, but the Step 3 filters did not provide a way to filter by specific vendors.
THE CTUIT SOLUTION: A Step 3 filter has been added to the Vendor Purchase Summary report selections in order to support filtering by specific vendors when running the report.

THE PROBLEM: On the Sales Trend Graph, the “Guests, Checks, Entrée Counts Trend” and “Guests, Checks, Entrée Averages Trend” reports, the only option for Dayparts or Revenue Centers was to make a single selection from a dropdown. There is no way to select multiple, or specific Dayparts or Revenue Centers.
THE CTUIT SOLUTION: The Dayparts and Revenue Center selection options for the three reports has been modified to become a multi-select checkbox list, allowing the user to include or exclude specific items.

THE PROBLEM: In the Accounts Payable module the Invoice Details screen has an option for “Save & New”; this was not an available option when working on the Purchase Order Details screen.
THE CTUIT SOLUTION: We added a button to offer the ability to choose “Save & New” when working with Purchase Order Details in order to streamline the process.
