Are you experiencing problems with other web sites?
If so, check your local network setup or contact your ISP.

Does the problem persist after you have restarted your web browser or entire computer?

If the problem involves a report, have you tried running the report in a different format (PDF, CSV, RTF)? This may help Ctuit with the troubleshooting process.

Do you experience the same issue at any computer you use?

If you have another web browser installed, are you experiencing the problem in both browsers?
This may help Ctuit with the troubleshooting process.

Do you have the latest updates for your web browser and operating system?
Please make sure your system is up to date to decrease system security vulnerabilities and bugs.

How do I disable the Information Bar popup in Internet Explorer?
Click here and follow the instructions under "Can I turn off the Information bar?"

Report Viewer Problems - Internet Explorer Only
Are we in the Trusted Site list?
If not, add us using the steps outlined on the support page.

Does your Trusted Site list have ActiveX controls enabled?
The report viewer is an ActiveX control and will not work with this setting.

Is the date set properly on your computer?
A bad date can cause problems with the digitally signed report viewer installation.

If using IE, can you duplicate the problem when running without Add-ons?
To launch IE with no add-ons, go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

Are you using a 64 bit version of Windows IE?
The ActiveReports Viewer is only supported by the 32 bit IE. To launch the 32 bit IE, click Start > All Programs > Internet Explorer. Do not select Internet Explorer (64 bit).
