INVENTORY

New Inventory report: Posting Compliance

Gives an at-a-glance view of any open AP batches or Inventory Sessions for a particular inventory date, the general idea is to let you know if anything remains open before you start to run financial reports for that cycle (usually a week).

REPORTS

New Sales report: Capacity Metrics

You can enter each location's Square Footages, Seats, and Table count via Company Config >> Location Managment. This report uses these values to compare against 2 metrics at a time. The available metrics are: Net Sales|Checks|Guests|Entrees|Employees last 90 days (ignores start/end date selections)|Employees Active in Timeframe.

EXPORTS

New GL Sales global export: GL Journal Entry

Shows all journal entries by location group and date range.

New global export: Export Usage

Shows the number of times an export has been run for the selected timeframe, including global exports. Please note this data only reliable for exports run off Radar.

New global exports: Item Gross|Net Sales by Item Group

Shows item sales by sale department, quantity, and gross price- includes a summary line at the bottom.

This read-only page shows recent polled additions to the database (new job added, new sale department added, new comp added, etc), date and location.
