From adding many new clients to wrapping up major development and deployment of Radar, it was a busy 2009 for us here at Ctuit. We thank you for your continued patronage and promise we have much in store for the coming year! Here are some highlights from the past year:
Radar Deployed
We fully transitioned our clients to the new Radar platform which included:
- Addition of the Online Manager's Log (OML) as part of our base offering. It quickly became a popular offering and many enhancements have been made based on client feedback. If you haven’t already, save money and increase communication by transitioning to this free, paperless log book in 2010.
- Addition of the Charting Module as part of our base offering. With over 40 chart types currently available, this module further enhances the available reporting and has allowed for drill-down links in many areas of the site.
- Ground up re-builds of the GL Sales and AP modules to expand features and allow for greater scalability and flexibility.
Also, we are pleased to say that Radar is now cross-browser compatible, eliminating the 'Internet Explorer only' provision for our service.
Radar To Go mobile site Released
Radar To Go is now part of our base offering and enables streamlined, mobile access to your data. Radar To Go was designed as a lightweight version of Radar delivering simplified web pages and phone friendly navigation, always keeping your key information nearby.
Catering module Released
The Catering module enables you to enter and track banquets, special events, and large group sales. The module includes an event calendar, client contact list, reports, data exports, and the ability to setup a catering specific menu with multiple pricing options. Events can be tied back to point of sale check data for full circle reporting. This module is provided at an additional cost – contact client services for a demo.
53 new Reports
16 new standard reports are available for all companies including the widely used "Capacity Metric", "Sales Association", and "Labor Efficiency Potential" reports. In addition, 37 custom reports were created to customer specifications.
40 new Exports
These new exports offer further opportunities to extract and review your data and are available for all customers.
63 new Dashboard Widgets
For use with our highly configurable Dashboards, these widgets allow new ways to customize your dashboards and gain insights into your data. These widgets are available for all customers and show up in the “Add Widget” dropdown list when editing a dashboard.
300+ new Restaurants
Thank you for your referrals and recommendations and congratulations to clients who were able to expand their operations during the tough economy. We look forward to the enhancements these new clients will drive and additional services we can offer for all of our clients as we improve and streamline our products.
2010 should be just as busy - keep an eye out for Labor Scheduling and Online training in the coming year!
