DASHBOARD

New dashboard widget: OML Logs

Shows the OML log entries for the displayed location/date. It supports either "All" log types, or you can set the widget to filter for just one particular log type.

REPORTS

New Catering report: Cover Letter

Provides a way to generate a pre-formatted cover letter for an event. You can pre-define the verbiage for the cover letter via Catering\Settings\Cover Letter Setup. The report supports 4 formats: Inquiry, Proposal, Confirmation, and Final Bill.

New Inventory report: Par Review

The intent of this report is to allow you to review over a Quarter your average actual usage by Inventory Cycle compared against your entered Pars, for your inventory items. The goal being to arrive at accurate Par levels. Having accurate pars will be important for the forthcoming "Suggested Ordering" report.

New GL Sales report: Journal Entries

Reports the details of the selected Journal Entry.

CHARTS

New Chart: GL Master Category Activity

GL Master Categories group g/l codes, generally for the Ops Statement. There was already a chart for g/l code activity, this new chart allows you to chart out the master categories as well.

New Chart: Temperature vs Quantity Sold

Allows you to chart item sales over time vs the recorded temperatures from the weather feed to determine if trends exist.

COMPANY CONFIGURATION

New e-mail alert: Sales Records

This alert will fire when a location bests its previous net or gross sales record, for DOB, WTD, or PTD.

New maintenance page: Item Numbers

This page allows you to manage the PLU we have recorded for menu items.

New maintenance pages: PMIX Reports

Three new pages allow you to easily setup pmix report layouts for the PMIX by daypart, PMIX by Revenue Center, and PMIX by Order Mode.
