New Chart: Sales Mix

Allows you to view sales mix trends over time. You can view activity by Master Sale Department or Sale Department, Net Sales|Gross Sales|Counts, and by Amounts or Percentages.

REPORTS

New report: Impact Report

This report is designed to show your overall Guest|Check|Entree Average, and then the G|C|E average on checks where a particular comp|promo|tender|item group was applied. For instance, you could use this report to view the effect of a promotional item on your check averages.

New Inventory report: Suggested Ordering

This report takes what you have "on hand" and compares it against your entered pars to give you a suggested ordering list. The "Par Review" report can help you derive accurate pars. Individual inventory items on Storage Locations must first be tagged as "use for suggested ordering" to be picked up by this report.

New Sales report: Price - Discount Sensitivity Report

An item group based report, this report shows total item quantity sold, and then how many were sold at various discount levels.

New Sales report: Item Group Comparison Report

Allows you to compare two item groups against another, for counts, sales, and point values. This makes most sense when comparing an item group that's a subset of a larger item group, such as "Large Bottled Waters" versus an overall "Bottled Waters" group.

New Site Administration report: User Report Privilege Matrix

Shows report & module access by user and location. Please note this shows locations explicitly given access, and doesn't show locations granted via the "Use Primary LG for [Module>" or the "Allow all reports for Primary LG" settings which provide blanket access via the user's primary location group.

New report setup page: Setup Average Ticket Time report

The top sizes and hour blocks to display on the report are configurable. You are limited to 8 "Top" choices and 14 "Hour Block" choices, though. The highest top size becomes "this and above" (the default of 9 means 9+). The hour blocks go until the next hour block starts, the default build is 1 hour blocks, but you can setup 2 hour blocks or 3 hour blocks if you wish.

New page: File Manager under Key Info

Allows you maintain a document library on our site, for instance you could store the latest versions of HR forms so that the locations can access them from Radar. Use the new "Files" Dashboard widget to display files from the File Manager on a dashboard.
