DASHBOARD

New widget: Checkbook

This widget allows you to select g/l accounts, and it will display the budget amount, the declined budget amount (if your actual sales are off-pace versus your budgeted sales), the amount you've spent, and how much more you have to spend. There's also an overview of the activity to date.

New widget: Special Pay Infractions Count

View counts by Week, Pay Period, Period, or Quarter. The widget drills down to the new Special Pay Infraction chart. (Requires the Special Pay module)

EXPORTS

Two new global exports for the AP module

Purchases grouped by GL Code and Location and Purchases grouped by Vendor and Location. (Requires the AP module)

Three new Inventory module based global exports

Inventory Item Cost, Inventory Items not included in Location, Inventory Storage Locations. (Requires the Inventory module)

Four new Recipe module based global exports

PLU to Inventory Item Sales, Recipe Cost by Ingredient, Recipes with Linked Menu Items, Menu Items with Linked Recipes. (Requires the Recipe module)

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Purchase Review Tool

The AP module on Radar has a new function under the Tools menu for Purchase Review. This page behaves similarly to the Inventory module's Price Matrix page, but rather than by Inventory Item, it displays by Vendor Purchase Item.

CHARTS

New Chart: Compare Dayparts by Metric

Compare various metrics (Net Sales, Guest, etc) broken out by dayparts.

New Chart: CC Tip % by Location

Shows the tip % for one or more locations. Great for comparing tip percentages across locations.

New Chart: CC Tip % by Employee

Shows the tip % for one or more employees. Ability to filter employees by job. Great for comparing employee tip percentages.

New Chart: Special Pay Infractions

Special Pay Infractions: Shows the number or dollar amount of special pay infractions for the selected location group and date range (Requires the Special Pay module).

New Chart Notes Page

Allows you to enter notes for a particular location (or all locations), for a given time period. These notes will show up on the charts: Metric by Periods in a Year and Metric by Days in a Week as hovertext if you view the chart for a location/date range that intersects with a chart note. You can use this functionality to record explanations for peaks/valleys, as one example (Closed 3 days due to Hurricane Ike).
