Meet Our Executive Staff
Robert D’Ambrosia Chief Executive Officer
After recognizing that restaurant operators needed to leverage technology to serve their Business Intelligence requirements, Rob founded Ctuit Software in January 2000. The company was among the very first organizations to pioneer a “software as a service” (SaaS) or “application service provider” solution. From casual to fine dining concepts, Rob has experienced the full spectrum of front and back of house positions. He has installed POS systems and consulted for small and medium restaurant chains. Rob’s technology background is equally extensive having worked hands-on with computer systems and authoring both hospitality and IP telephony business applications. He designed the first web-based polling and reporting system in 1997. Rob’s brick and mortar “value-for-your-money” philosophy has ensured Ctuit continual profitable growth and a loyal set of clients.
Bill Sheely President & Chief Technology Officer
Bill joined Ctuit in July 2000 and is responsible for the company’s technical systems including database architecture, web applications, and systems integration. Bill’s work experience includes several years in the U.S. Army utilizing computer and radio technology. With Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, he was a restaurant manager for almost 4 years before joining their IT staff in 1998. Seeing the opportunity to fill a void in the restaurant space for corporate above-store reporting, Bill helped design the first version of Ctuit’s restaurant reporting system.
Steve Johnson Vice President of Sales
Steve is responsible for growing revenue as the Vice President of Sales at Ctuit. Prior to joining the company in 2011, Steve founded an IT services and infrastructure company serving Northern California. He also has experience working in restaurants and pizza management, fulfillment and leading telecom sales teams. Steve has spent one night on the side of Half Dome in Yosemite Valley and hopes to make this a regular occurrence.
Pat Darling Vice President of Operations
With more than 20 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, customer service, and restaurant management, Pat joined Ctuit in 2006 to lead the Client Services Department. After 8 years providing the best service in the industry, she took on the role of Product Management in 2014. Currently as Vice President of Operations, Pat uses her in-depth knowledge of the Ctuit platform, experience in the restaurant industry, and passion for excellence in both service and product to work collaboratively with customers to deliver solutions that are valuable, usable and feasible.
Kelly Calabrese Vice President of Finance
Kelly joined Ctuit in September 2010 as the Director of Finance managing the core finance and HR functions for the company. With over 20 years of experience in financial positions, Kelly is a detailed expert in accounting, department and employee management, operations, and business software implementation. She has worked in various industries including asset management, financial, and direct marketing.
Bob Looney Vice President of Software Development
Bob has been with Ctuit since 2007 and is responsible for the continuous development of RADAR and supporting software applications. He brings over a decade of software industry experience in development and project management positions combined with a computer science background to Ctuit. Along with our growing developer team, he has evolved Ctuit’s second and third generation software into highly customizable, efficient, and scalable systems to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.
David Orr Vice President of IT
Joining Ctuit in 2015, David brings a breadth of Information Technology experience ranging from the small organization to the large enterprise. David’s 24 year career in IT includes the last 15 years focused on Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and ensuring systems availability on a 24x7x365 basis. He has worked in a variety of industries including software development, data centers, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
David Napper Senior Director of Sales
David has been with Ctuit since January 2009 leading sales efforts for the company. Originally from Australia, he has been in the sales and technology arenas in several different countries and vertical software markets from international banking, human resources, and hospitality. With a passion for the restaurant industry and a history of signing key marquee clients to the companies that he has represented, David’s core belief centers around marrying technology solutions to tackle real world business problems.
